Reliable Crowd Control

These champions place Provoke, Stun, Freeze, Fear, True Fear, Sleep or Petrification on all enemies with a 100% chance once the skill is fully booked. The skill deals no damage, so a weak hit cannot lower the chance. Void champions never land weak hits, so for them a skill with a hit counts too. The debuff still has to pass the enemy's RES.
