This Privacy policy explains what information Raid Info ("we", "us", "the Site") processes when you visit the Site, why we do it and what rights you have. By using the Site you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
1. Who is responsible
The Site is operated by the Raid Info team. For any question about your data, write to us in Telegram: t.me/gamefoliox_support_bot.
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. The Site has no user accounts, and you do not need to give us any personal data to read it.
- Technical data. When you open a page, our servers and hosting providers automatically receive standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, date and time. It is used only to deliver pages, keep the Site secure and fix errors.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter in the site footer, we store your email address, the date of your consent and the language of the page you subscribed from. We use it only to send the newsletter. To unsubscribe or have the address deleted, write to our support bot: t.me/gamefoliox_support_bot.
- Messages to us. If you write to us in Telegram, we see what you send and your Telegram profile as Telegram shows it. Telegram processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The Site uses only what it needs to work. Reading the Site sets no cookies; the only thing it keeps in your browser is the mark that you have closed the cookie notice.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| site-cookie-consent | Browser storage (localStorage) | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice | Until you clear it |
It is strictly necessary and does not track you across other websites. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we ever add them, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. The Site will keep working, but the cookie notice will appear again.
4. Why we process data and on what legal basis
- To deliver and protect the Site — our legitimate interest in running a secure and working website.
- To send the newsletter — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your messages — our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you asked us to take.
5. How long we keep data
- Technical logs — no longer than 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
- Your email for the newsletter — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Messages — as long as needed to deal with your request.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, network and security services, email delivery) and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country; in that case we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law of your country (for example, the GDPR in the European Union), you have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing that took place before;
- lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to us at t.me/gamefoliox_support_bot. We will answer within 30 days.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the little data we have.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the changes are significant, we will announce them on the Site.
